Agneta Larsson is an Associate Professor at the Lulea University of Technology, Sweden. Some of her focuses are on Public health and researching how people living in northern regions experience their outdoor environments for everyday activities and active transportation within their neighbourhoods and towns. This includes exploring both the perceived barriers and enabling factors, particularly during winter. She is also interested in developing proactive and comprehensive models—incorporating personal identity, social and cultural influences, and spatial qualities—to promote physical activity and mobility in challenging climates.
