Our Mission…

The Winter Cities insitute is a network of Academics and Professionals, interested in studying Winter Cities Issues, and implementing effective policy to embrace winter to it’s fullest potential.

At it’s core the WCI is a hub for individuals to connect, collaborate, and share information and experiences to better each other’s understanding of these issues, learn and create best practices, and research Winter City topics of shared interest and importance, around the globe.
