2008 High on Ice video produced for the City of Fort St. John.

“Fort St John’s High on Ice Festival has become one of the premier winter events in Northeast BC. Taking place from January 17-20, 2008, the High on Ice Festival showcased ice sculptors from around the Russia, Japan, Washington State, and Manitoba and British Columbia, Canada. The festival also features amateur snow & ice carving, an ice fishing derby, snow slo-pitch, sleigh rides, toboggan races, a curling bonspiel and many other events that celebrate and embrace winter.

Event organizers are thrilled that so many international carvers took part in the High On Ice Festival, which is the only National Ice Carving Association (NICA) sanctioned event in British Columbia.” – Fort St. John Community Arts Council (January 28, 2008).
